Fillenoire Life is a multi-vendor marketplace, which is a website that hosts multiple vendors. Much like the brick and mortar malls, it provides an opportunity for various vendors to sell online on a single platform and thus provides an opportunity for new customers to find businesses they may not have known existed before the site.

Fillenoire Life manages the website and the third-party vendors get to sell their products online.  By selling on Fillenoire Life, small to big vendors have the ability to sell nationally easily.

Fillenoire Life benefits both the vendors selling online and the FNL brand.  Fillenoire Life gets a commission of 15% on each sale and the seller keeps 85% of each sell. One major benefit is that sellers need not worry about website maintenance.

Fillenoire Life is a lifestyle site that offers a vast variety of items from clothing and accessories, to health and beauty, and financial coaching and other services.

How does Fillenoire Life work as a multi-vendor marketplace?

Fillenoire Life works best with efficient owners and sellers. It is important to keep the communication straight and keep the customers updated about offers as well as ensure the shipment is delivered right on time.

• The sellers register with the marketplace, at this time we have extended free registration for new customers for three months. After which they will be presented an option for paid registration to continue using the platform,
• Once the seller registers and uploads products, the customers can start purchasing from them.
• Fillenoire Life then charges a nominal fee on each transaction (15%).
• Most of the payments are transferred to Fillenoire Life and from there to the seller can withdraw their profits. Direct payments can be obtained if the seller has a Stripe account and the customer checks out with this option. All PayPal Payments are processed through FNL then released to sellers.
• Product delivery is handled by the seller itself.

Managing Inventory

Because our vendors are from different locations selling different products, each seller manages their own inventory. It is essential that inventory is kept efficiently to provide an ideal service.

Adding clear descriptions and quality images are beneficial to sales for your store.

Order Management

Vendors have access to the store dashboard.  Notifications of all orders go directly to email on the seller account. It is important to make sure to handle orders in a timely and professional manner. Any return policy that the seller desires to implement needs to be clearly listed on the seller’s store.
